“Alteryx by Continuum is an ideal tool for a small business“

“FCM, a regulated trust & corporate service provider, provides director-led private wealth and corporate services to clients across the globe.

However, reaching our very high standards in the evolving “Regulatory World” means being able to present our client data in more dynamic and effective ways – both internally and externally. As with all organisations, this can quickly turn into a mini-industry, all the while preventing our team from devoting more time to client solutions.

Whilst we have continued to invest in our Jobstream and Laserfiche platforms, we were aware of a need for more flexible database reporting in addition to our system’s reports.

Following a personal recommendation, we engaged Continuum to perform a free trial of Alteryx for us to prove that it would be a worthwhile investment. During the month trial Continuum trained, supported and guided us in proving this and more – Alteryx is an ideal tool for a small business to remove the need for hard to find external SQL consultants. In some ways, it’s been a victim of its own success, since automating much of our manual reporting it’s given rise to many more potential reports that will allow us to serve our clients and business users even better.

We are therefore now exploring the ability to schedule routine reports to free up time for ad hoc requests.”
